These tofu patties offer a bac'un/salty flavor, perfect for a high-protein, grab-and-go meal prep item for savory breakfasts. They are designed to be macro-friendly and can be enjoyed on toast, with potatoes, or alongside rice and veggies.
Cut your brick of tofu into four squares; cut the brick down the middle first then slice each half horizontally, making four same sized squares.
Marinade: Add soy sauce, avocado oil, maple syrup, hot sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder into a bowl and whisk to combine. Add tofu squares to a flat bowl, or tupperware and pour the marinade over each piece of tofu evenly. Place in the fridge and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, and up to overnight!
When ready to bake: Preheat oven to 350F and bake the squares for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes.
Enjoy on toast, beside potatoes, or with some rice and veggies!
