Sweet and Salty Chocolate Bark for Dad

Break up your @zazubean Cheeky Bars and add them to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until chocolate is melted completely. Use a baking tray that fits into your freezer and line with parchment paper. Pour your melted chocolate bars onto the parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly, leaving about a ¼ inch thick. Top with peanuts, crushed plain chips and pretzels. Place into the freezer to firm up back to original chocolate bar consistency, 1 hr. Remove from freezer and break into chunks. Package into a gift box, a coffee mug or maybe even a beer mug!
