This S'mores Freezer Fudge recipe features super dark 80% cacao Nudie Teezers from Zazubean, sweetened with coconut sugar. It's a perfect after-meal treat or snack, with the two-bite squares fitting perfectly onto graham crackers for a delicious, easy dessert.

To a bowl add: tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Whisk to combine. Pour into a silicone ice tray or a bowl and freeze, minimum 3 hrs or until hardened. Preheat oven to 325 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add graham crackers and top each with one Zazubean teezer. Set in the oven for 1-2 minutes only, just until it melts really lightly. Set on the counter to firm up again creating chocolate crackers! Once everything is set add a cube or spoon of fudge onto the center of 8 chocolate graham crackers and add the the top cracker. Set in the fridge or freezer in a sealed container until ready to eat!
