Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Add oat flour, protein powder, tahini, oat milk, and baking powder to a small mixing bowl and mix forming a thick dough with your hands.

Add in pistachios and chopped Sassy Bar chocolate and press into one large cookie on prepared baking tray.

Top with more chocolate and a touch of sea salt.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until browned on the bottom.

Allow to cool before removing from baking tray.
