Finally jumping on the banana bark trend! I absolutely lovvvvved the date bark so I knew the banana bark would be a hit, but using Zazubean’s high quality, ultra dark, Buff Bar as the chocolate top really took it to the next level🙌 This treat is jam packed with nutrition on every layer. Banana’s are packed with fiber and potassium, I mixed peanut butter powder & soy milk to create a lower in fat and calories center with a nice protein boost and the 90% cacao Buff Bar mixed with sea salt and just a hint of coconut sugar sweetener for a smooth chocolatey top!
