Not going to lie, this recipe brought me back! 👧🏻 I’m usually a make your own seasoning kinda gal but I wanted to get really into this “no recipe, recipe” idea so that everyone can do it without purchasing a ton of things👊I hope this satisfies that need. Wash and chop your lettuce or go even easier and buy a pre-chopped, pre-washed bag! Add your veggie grounds to a pan and bring to medium low heat, cook for 4-5 minutes or until starting to brown. Add ¾ cup water and half a pack of taco seasoning and cook another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Pour the seasoned grounds into a bowl and add your tortillas to the hot pan. Place a lid on the pan and reduce heat to low, keep the tortillas in there just long enough to warm them up. Layer your tacos: grounds, then cheese (so it gets slightly melted from the heat of the grounds), salsa, lettuce on top to keep it crisp and fresh. Enjoy!
