These cookies are thiccccck, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and absolutely packed with Zazubean Zero Added Sugar Almond Hazelnut Crunch chocolate bar. They’re paleo, vegan, gluten free and totally delicious. A simple one bowl cookie you’ll make again, and again.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

To a mixing bowl add: almond flour, melted butter, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract.

Mix well, it will be a clumpy dough, but when you use your hands it should easily mold into a cookie ball.

Add chopped Almond Crunch Chocolate bar to the cookie dough and mix through.

Roll into 14 cookies and add to baking tray.

Gently press each cookie down.

Add more chopped chocolate to the tops if desired.

Bake for 7-8 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom.
