Glazed Almond Cookies (No-Bake)

Open your bag of Glutenull Almond Cookies and pour them out onto the table ready to be dressed! If your coconut butter is really solid you can warm it slightly in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Add coconut butter, almond milk, monk fruit sugar, and almond extract to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer beat everything until creamy, if needed add 1 tbsp almond milk at a time to thin icing further. Icing is done once liquid enough to dip cookies. Dip each cookie into the icing peaks facing down then lay on a parchment paper. Top with slivered almonds. Place decorated cookies into the fridge or freezer to firm up the icing quickly. Enjoy!
