To a large pan add: crumbled tofu, black beans, oat milk, nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, salt, and hot sauce, mixing well to combine.

Turn heat to medium and cook, mixing every few minutes, for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through, set aside.
