Add to a mixing bowl: cashew butter, protein, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix well to combine and form a dough. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Add 2-inch dough balls to the center of each muffin tin and press down, flattening the surface. Melt 2 BREEZY bars and pour 1 heaping tablespoon onto the top of each dough base. Top with coarse sea salt. Add the entire muffin tray to the freezer to harden the chocolate for 1 hour. Keep in the fridge or freezer for a quick high protein dessert!
